Burn-and-Slice Method
« Back to Glossary IndexA method to prepare and eat grass-fed animal meats safe and as raw as possible. As soon as meats are taken out from freezer, they are sterilized by being burned only their surface then sliced into edible size. I arrived at this method after dreaming up a contradicted idea that “I want to burn meat keeping it raw.”
It is also called “ice cream steak.” For some meats, you may feel as if you are eating ice cream when frozen fats melt in your mouth.
