It was a wheat grass juice that inspired me to eat grass-fed animal meats. When I was a vegan, I seeded and grew wheat in our garden and juiced it. It tasted good in a certain sense. It was sweet to my surprise. I felt it was very rich in nutrients, like I was drinking blood with color of green. But the problem was it was too rich to drink a lot. I could drink one small glass at the most. To drink more than that would cause a headache. I would go green about the gills literally.
That was when I thought about grass fed animals. Why can they eat grass that much? They must be enjoying its sweetness. No wonder they are grazing all day long. We, human beings, can’t imitate that.
We need tons of plants to take in minerals. Literally “tons.” But it is also true that we can’t eat that much of plants. That was when I arrived at the solution: eat grass-fed animal meats. They are eating grass instead of us: Grass eating animals are enriching the minerals of plants for us. Composting weeds to grow human edible vegetables and fruits has the similar benefit.
I, as an once raw vegan, understand the value of fresh green plant nutrients. That is the very reason I eat meat, grass fed meat raw. And that is why I don’t eat grain-fed animals meat.

In 2009, I made up my mind to eliminate any and all of GMO(genetically-modified organisms) from my life, leading to whole grains vegan diet, and further into low-fat-raw-vegan (the 80/10/10) diet. Finally in 2017, I found just stop eating “seeds” can make us healthy. I named the set of my idea “The Orgasmic Diet.”
My dream is to live in tropical, high-elevation place, probably somewhere in Colombia, with cows and fruit trees.
