My Weight stayed almost unchanged during the month.
Food Cost
Our food cost for January 2018 was 55,735 yen (899 yen per person per day).
The procurement cost of meat jumped to one and a half times that of previous month because we are now trying several kinds of kangaroo and whale meat, which are more expensive than beef and other our regular meats, to see if they are adoptable to our diet.
Our January food cost was 15% smaller than that of average Japanese household of two people.

In 2009, I made up my mind to eliminate any and all of GMO(genetically-modified organisms) from my life, leading to whole grains vegan diet, and further into low-fat-raw-vegan (the 80/10/10) diet. Finally in 2017, I found just stop eating “seeds” can make us healthy. I named the set of my idea “The Orgasmic Diet.”
My dream is to live in tropical, high-elevation place, probably somewhere in Colombia, with cows and fruit trees.
