Pawpaw… though I had seen its seedlings at a garden center before, it hasn’t come to the front of my consciousness till recently when I was planning to plant fruit trees in our garden in this spring.
Pawpaw is great. It is not a tropical plant but a temperate one, cold resistant, native of North America, but still it tastes like tropical fruits.
Why isn’t it sold in the market while it is so good? Because it has almost no shelf life. This is what I have been seeking for, something you can’t buy with money, only you can get if you grow it yourself.
