We Can’t Cheat Our Body

I studied whether my calorie intake increased or not after I started to eat bananas with oils.

As shown in the above chart, my calorie intake from bananas has decreased significantly but there has been no significant change in my total calorie intake. At least, it hasn’t increased. It means that when I increased high-calorie foods (oils), the consumption of other foods decreased accordingly. It seems that our bodies require certain amount of calories regardless of whether we take high-fat foods or not. Many people believe reducing high-fat foods is effective for weight reduction but it is very doubtful. Our bodies are cleverer than us.
