To consume ample harvest lettuce in our garden, we introduced mayonnaise in our diet, which also helped to supplement us with biotin, vitamin B2 and other nutrients rich in eggs and essential fatty acids rich in plant oils. Since the introduction was late in the month, its effect would be fully presented from May statistics.
