It rained all the day, even snowed in the evening. I just went out shopping today and could not burn calories.
We enjoyed having meat loaf made of kangaroo mince. Hence raw food ratio was low at 46%. It was a deviation day from the Flesh x Fresh Diet. It’s good to go off the rails occasionally. We shouldn’t be bound by words like “raw foodist” or “vegan.” Those words are products of our brains’ activity. They are curses, in a sense. We shouldn’t let our brain suppress our spirit and body. That’s why we ex-curse sometimes.
