I tasted Kangaroo meat for the first time in my life. It was amazingly tender, contrary to all my expectation that wild meats must be very tough. I tried rump today. It has almost no fat hence very low calorie.
Kangaroos are grass eater. Tons of grass nutrients and minerals are condensed into their flesh and blood. The idea that I should eat grass-fed animals came to me when I was a vegan and drinking wheat grass juice, which was very sweet but too sharp to drink a lot. The volume We can drink green grass juice is very limited and fall well short of the amount grass-fed animals eat. So I thought it would be much easier if I eat their meats instead to absorb minerals of grass.
Anyway, I found Kangaroo meats are good food choice for the Flesh x Fresh Diet.
