Beef brisket point is a fatty portion and my calorie intake exceeded 4,000 kcal today. But I’m sure that my appetite would be weakened for the coming few days because my body knows I had enough. I think whether you choose low-calorie foods or not would not make any difference in caloric balance and weight reduction in the long run.
I will make caloric deficits tomorrow and after to keep calorie balanced for this week.
