Foods for the week

Flesh & Fresh foods occupied 68% of total calorie intake while seeds and starchy foods 8%. Raw food ratio was 75% and daily water intake was 5.5 liter.

Caloric Balance

I ate 2,651kcal/day.

I burned 2,107 kcal/day.

My activity level last week was in the scope of low (*1).

*1 The Estimated Energy Requirement reported by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) for male in my age are 2,100 kcal (low activity level), 2,450 kcal (medium) and 2,800 kcal (high).

 

Net calorie balance was +3,804 kcal/week (544 kcal/day) because I spent many hours sitting for writing.

Macronutrient Ratio

My protein intake (69.1g/day) of the week satisfied DRI goal (*2) while its ratio fell short. Carb and fat ratio were appropriate.

*2 Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (DRI) 2015 formulated by MHLW provides the Dietary Goal (DG) of macronutrient ratio: Carbs 50-65%, Fats 20-30%, Proteins 13-20% and Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of proteins intake: 60g/day for males in my age (50-69 years).
