Due to banana stockout, we switched to the emergency (glacial) mode and Flesh & Fresh foods occupied only 49% of our total calorie intake while seeds and starchy foods 26%. Raw food ratio was 44% and daily water intake was 6.0 liter.

My protein intake (65.3g/day) of the week satisfied DRI goal (*2) while its ratio (11%) fell short.
