I ate 23 bananas today. Bananas taste so good that I can’t stop eating. To tell the truth, I didn’t like banana so much before… before I started eating meat. I mean, when I was a vegan, I didn’t like bananas so much. I could eat 5 bananas a day at most. I didn’t ever want to see banana any more after having that much.
But now, I feel it so tasty that I can eat it forever if I can forget about my caloric balance. Why? I’m eating the same bananas. Because my nutritional condition has changed. Bananas and meats are complementary to each other: Bananas have lots of carbs and potassium while meats have proteins and fats and sodium. I was short of proteins, fats and sodium when I was vegan.
It is not only bananas but also all other fruits and vegetables that have become so appealing for me after I started eating meats. I am very happy with this.
