Since I wanted to try different parts of kangaroo, I purchased mince too. I tempted to eat it raw but I wasn’t sure if it is safe. Probably I had better cook it. So I roasted it today. It was a good experience. I don’t mean it tasted good, but it reinforced my belief that meats should be eaten raw just like fruits are eaten raw.
Very lean Kangaroo meats lost its juice, rich flavor and super-tenderness after cooking. Cooking doesn’t do any good to them.
I still have several pounds of mince. I wonder how to eat them. We will try another way of cooking.

In 2009, I made up my mind to eliminate any and all of GMO(genetically-modified organisms) from my life, leading to whole grains vegan diet, and further into low-fat-raw-vegan (the 80/10/10) diet.
