Bananas were so appetizing for me today that I ate too much. My calorie intake added up to 3,086 kcal. I have to burn more calorie tomorrow to make this week balanced.
I am buying bananas for now but also growing them in our garden. I was surprised to find the first-ever banana flower today! (see above picture) That is the one I have grown from seeds which I planted in June 2015. I hope it can survive the coldest season (January and February).

In 2009, I made up my mind to eliminate any and all of GMO(genetically-modified organisms) from my life, leading to whole grains vegan diet, and further into low-fat-raw-vegan (the 80/10/10) diet.
