By eating low calorie horse meat and working outside for 4 hours today, I managed to make this week’s caloric balance in red as I will report in weekly review later.
It is no easy matter not to get fat. As I have been writing pages and fattening out this blog, I tend to be sedentary and it is me that would get fattened up.
