Diet Review for June 2018
As the harvest season of loquats came, we enjoyed loquat festival at our Jitaku Resort. Since we ate up 78 kg of loquat, the raw food ratio and flesh & fresh ratio in the first half of June was very high. But in the last half, we ran out of bananas and resorted to the emergency foods (i.e. seeds), ending up raw food ratio at 74% for the whole month. June food costs were cheaper than usual because loquats were self supplied.

Our January food cost was 45% smaller than average Japanese household of two people.

In 2009, I made up my mind to eliminate any and all of GMO(genetically-modified organisms) from my life, leading to whole grains vegan diet, and further into low-fat-raw-vegan (the 80/10/10) diet. Finally in 2017, I found just stop eating “seeds” can make us healthy. I named the set of my idea “The Orgasmic Diet.”
My dream is to live in tropical, high-elevation place, probably somewhere in Colombia, with cows and fruit trees.
