I have been counting my calorie input and output everyday and found that to be able to calculate my calorie intake, I have to know what I am eating.
Do you know what you are eating? If you eat out, eat processed foods or ready-made meals often, you leave what you eat to other people and don’t know how much salt and sugar are added to them. You don’t know exactly what you are eating.
