Diet Review for February 2018
We started testing a new phase of the Flesh x Fresh Diet with normal fat ratio (for us, higher than before) and development of Cocto-X Neo. The fat ratio increased to 24% from 19% of previous month. I had been concerned about possible excess calorie intake and putting on weight as a result of increasing fat ratio, but there seems to have been no sign of such negative effects. Rather the amount of bananas and total calorie intake decreased from January’s 2,377 kcal to 2,325 kcal. As a side-effect, our food cost also decreased. Thank goodness.

As shown in the bar chart below, we are eating fruits, meat and sugar instead of “seeds” whatever they are called grains, cereals, beans, nuts, breads, noodles or plant oils which are main caloric resources for common people.

Weight Trend
My Weight reduced by 31.5 g/day. I am thinking about possible relation between my weight change and the moon phase. It’s not simple because it is also influenced by annual seasonal change, in other words, the sun.
Food Cost
Our food cost for February 2018 was 41,309 yen (738 yen per person per day).
Our January food cost was 30% smaller than average Japanese household of two people.
Born 1967, Hiroshima, Japan.
In 2009, I made up my mind to eliminate any and all of GMO(genetically-modified organisms) from my life, leading to whole grains vegan diet, and further into low-fat-raw-vegan (the 80/10/10) diet. Finally in 2017, I found just stop eating “seeds” can make us healthy. I named the set of my idea “The Orgasmic Diet.”
My dream is to live in tropical, high-elevation place, probably somewhere in Colombia, with cows and fruit trees.
