Whale meat is good but too lean (There are also fatty portions but they are expensive). As I am having lots of lean meats these days, I felt hunger for fat today. So I added some sesame oil to whale meat. It tasted amazingly good. Next time I have whale meat, I will try camellia oil hand-pressed with manual oil mill from camellia seeds harvested in our garden. Though it goes against the principle of the Flesh x Fresh Diet, that kind of deviation is also fun.
