How To Put On 4kg In A Week
While I was away from our Jitaku resort, I had standard modern Japanese diet, which is mainly composed of rice and fish. I gave up counting calorie balance because it was too complex to do so. I guess I had an excess of approximately 4,100 kcal/day to result in an increase of 4 kg in my body weight in just 7 days. I did almost no physical exercise while I ate as much as I wanted.
I will just show you what I ate from May 12 to 19, 2018 along with the pictures which I think explain enough why I put on so much weight.
