Today I went to our loquat orchard and spent most of the day there. As I had trimmed trees a lot, I have so many branches and leaves to burn. I am not just burning up but carbonizing them to plow in the loquat field for soil improvements.
I had 2,150 kcal today but the number of items of foods was very limited: bananas, Cocto-x and B-gurt. So simple and mono-meals make calorie calculation fuss-free. If I were eating ordinary cooked foods, it would have been quite bothersome.
