We can stamp on the accelerator to the full extent only when we know we can decelerate with the brake when necessary. The brake in the Flesh x Fresh Diet is the Cocto-X-DEWS Fasting.
We eat Cocto-X as much as we like on condition that we drink DEWS in certain proportion to the amount of Cocto-X. Because our stomach has a limit in its capacity (about 2 liters), the number of Cocto-X we can eat at one time is limited if we are loyal to the rule.
Thus I could limit today’s calorie intake to 1,129 kcal to make weekly balance in deficit by 223 kcal. I have a tendency to overeat, which I believe is “healthy” and “natural,” and I often need the Cocto-X-DEWS Fasting days to balance caloric input and output.
