I made deficit of 1,256 kcal to keep the weekly balance.
While I couldn’t burn calorie, my appetite was strong and I added another caloric surplus.
When I eat raw meat, I am in the different channel.
The deep satisfaction of brisket navel end remained for the whole day and I didn’t need much foods.
